Accommodation 1. Hawes – Ebor House ***** Nice welcome, well done out,
lovely room. Great B & B. Recommended. Only thing I would say is
that Sherpa and the Owners have had a falling out and Sherpa will no
longer pick bags up. It is possible to leave them in the Tourist
Information Centre round the corner if you contact them in advance.
It is a minor inconvenience especially if you want an early start as
they don’t open until 10.00am. Don’t let that put you off though
it’s a good B & B. I would stop there again anytime. 2. Tan Hill Inn **** A great atmosphere and a must
stay kind of place. The room though was small and needed a lick of
paint but to be honest that wasn’t the point. It is a unique place
to stay. 3. Reeth - Walpardo *** Clean place and nice room.
Shared bathroom. Small place only 2 rooms a twin and a single. Like
stopping at your grannies in terms of décor. Nice couple who run it
but we had an 11.30pm curfew or else. We only just made it!!!
